Heart

Hi guys,

It 's always been awhile since my blog was last updated....I was in a really intense studio for the past 5 weeks that I haven't blog...To be precise, I was in a design studio class with CJ Lim...the renowned architect and director of Studio 8, London and also a lecturer to the University of Bartlett in London.

I feel so proud and honoured to be in his studio...never know that he is such knowledgeable and wise....much much more wiser than my expectation and meeting him is like having a movie star in our school.

Some of the students even asked for his signature on CJ's latest publication which is the "London Short Stories".

Anyway, everything is over now, he flew back to London a week ago. Having another one week free without studio to deal with our other subjects that we have neglected during the past 5 weeks, I feel sooo relax and slack, of course!!!

We have 13 hours class per day, and 6 days in a week!!! Mann..that took out too much of my time but it s all worth it!!!

Just keep slacking..keep slacking and keep slacking~~~
I barely update my instagram and facebook during these busy period....never know that I will be so committed in this studio. Hopefully things will turn out good in the end of semester.

By the way, I just enrolled nto another intensive workshop that is about computer programming. It s like 8 hours class per day but we only have 4 days of class!!! Yay!!! It s nothing compare to CJ's class...hahaha..I m well trained!!!!

It feel so random of what I am blogging right now, cause I wanted to actually speak about some other issues but I don't know why it turns out to be all my uni stuff. Okay!!! ENOUGH!!!

I was stalking some other ppl blogs...I felt that most of the people seems like hiding something when they are blogging...It s like everyone s life is sooo perfect that the sky is always blue....in fact, they actually blog selectively I guess. But it s kinda true that, who will want to read your emo and sad stuff, right?
Everyone like to see pretty, cute and happy stuff that could cheer them up... and that's fair enough...

Maybe it s just me, I still like to read something that is with more personality from the writer. =]

I got a random thought appeared in my mind suddenly...which is about the issue of " All the good men are gone ages ago" ...that is sooo true.....I have an awesome awesome dad...when I say he is awesome, I meant that alot....He is such a loyal boyfriend(used to be), and husband to my mum. He got all the patient and tolerant in the world. My mum will always be the winner in everything. My dad is definitely not the loser which I think he is the supporter!!!

My mum always tell my sisters and I that next time when we grow up, we should get someone that has most of the good qualities like our dad to be our husband. Unfortunately, seems like we did not manage to find the "Awesome" him although both of me and my sisters have boyfriend. Maybe it s still too early to say this?? Who knows we 'll find one in the future??? (I m definitely not hinting that our current bf are no good...haha)

Speaking of my hubby boy, he is actually kinda like my savior for most of the time when I was devastated....even when we first met...He kinda helped me alot in my assignment....I would say that if not because he was helping me, I think I wouldn't be able to finish my assignment. [He admitted that he helped me that day intentionally just to get to know me..=.='''...wt]

I still remember that there s once, it was an early morning, when I did not sleep for like 2 days to finish off my assignment, all of the sudden, my working files crashed and I have all my stuff gone. I did not know what to do and my tears started to roll down my cheeks...I felt like giving up, all my works for like a week is gone and the submission is just like 5 hours later ..out of no where, hubby boy woke up and helped me to restored all my files...and everything is back..I was soooooo happy. You will know this feeling if you are an architecture student.
[Seriously, I did try to restore my files too, but it didn't work..."what kind of magic is this??"]

After we've been together for like almost 1 year and a half, of course we do argue and quarrel
sometimes --> alot. But we 'll always settle the problems before the next day come.

Although he is not as good as my dad, to be honest, but he is the only one that will make me feel secure and cared when I am with him and this I feel is enough for me.

If I were to point out his weaknesses, I would say, he is quite stubborn, with bad temper and forgetful at times. But I know he is gradually changing it.

To be honest, I am not sure how long will this relationship last, but I ll hope for forever. I hope he 'll know it, too. But I doubt it cause he doesn't know that I have a blog.  Hahaha...

I knew this post is gonna be really weird mainly cause of the starting point of CJ and ending point of boyfie.

Alrighty, have to go..Good night.xoxo.

Yours,
Vivi

Marshmallow

Hi guys,

It s gonna be a short post again for tonight...just a little bit of update or I should say a little procrastination before I proceed to do my assignments.

Today is kinda like my must-blog-day cause it s my lil sis Angel birthday today...although I have already wished her birthday on her facebook but still..feel like wishing her in my blog too...so that I could remember what I was doing on her 2012 birthday...haha...so lame...anyway..

*Wish you all the best and hope you have a great birthday!!!*
*Miss you always..muackss!!!*

Okay..back to today's topic..I went to Footscray today... accompanied Hubby boy and Xin Ying to do their research of some cultural stuff for their elective meanwhile observing the way they do their works too.

Anyway, the place is soooooooooooooo Asian...soooooo much different from the CBD....the smell of herbs, the variety of language of Asians mainly Vietnamese and Indian, all the shop front signboards that written in Chinese, Viet or Indi...only few of them in English...I was kinda impressed...

It was a great sunny day...finally I don't have to wrap myself up in the thick winter coat...So I ve decided to wear something cheerful to match the warm weather...been waiting for such weather since the winter started...

#ootd Outfit of the Day : Like a Marshmallow!!!
Pastel Knitwear Top
Peach Silk Chiffon Jumpsuit (Pants)
Polka Dots Tights
Brown Loafers

Happy Birthday to you, Piya!!!

It was Piya's 21st birthday on Monday!!! She invited a few of her BFF of course including me <3 to celebrate her birthday dinner at Rococo Italian Restaurant at Hawthorn, Glenferrie.

I bought her favourite Rose Tea from T2 cause she is a tea person??? and a silky vintage hair scarf as her birthday present...hopefully that she will like it =]

It was a rainy day, Piya picked me up from Glenferrie train station as she scared that I will lost in Glenferrie since I have never been there??? I know right..I have been in Melbourne but never been to Glenferrie...

Pastel Love

Hi guys,

I guess most of you guys already know that everyone's current addiction..or even all the window display at some of those boutiques like Forever New, Dotti, Bardot, Valleygirl and etc...they are all Pastel-themed!!!

Yes, that's right...it is the pastel season right now...I love it soooo much that when you can actually match your outfit with the macaroons or even ice cream that you are holding in you hands. How cool is that??  Pastel accessories is LOVE,too!!! Unfortunately, I haven't got myself  one of those accessories. [Hopefully will find one soon] Saw alot of them at Forever New, unfortunately they are all abit pricey for me T.T
Pastel Macaroons are sooooo pretty!!!!
Nevermind, since I have none of those Pastel accessories, why don't I just add some pastel onto my nail designs instead?
This is the first attempt of my design of Pastel, I am particularly in-love with this Tiffany blue colour .
I was trying to create a blocking version of pastel (as you can see at my middle finger) ...while the rest were just trying to imitate the lace of cream on a cake or cupcake with the white.
I was soooo into the pastel dessert especially cake...cupcake...ice creams or macaroons and stuff like that....
Hubby boy even got me a Tiffany -blue Huge Cupcake as my 21st Birthday Cake. The blue cream topping is soooooo Yummm~~~
Then, I tried to do a blend between the Tiffany blue and the pastel pink... I didn't realised that the outcome will be soooo much like Paddle Pop until I finished. It s good thing though. Sorry that the cupcakes might be a little bit crappy(I didn't have any proper brush with me that time plus my nail polish liquid was almost drying)...but I really like the colour combination of it.
The last one is the LOVE!!!! (Got the "Largest Image of the Day"!!!)
It was a pastel french manicure. I most prolly added up 3 of my favourite stuffs into it, which is
French Manicure + Pastel + Glitter = **tadda**
The glitter doesn't seems to be very obvious from this picture but it actually make the rest of my nails look Jelly-like.
So, overall it is like jelly with pastel topping =] Sweet enough?~~
This was a French manicure that I did for my birthday which I turn it into pastel colour after that.
The inspiring Pastel macaroons!!!
I used a sweet and soft filter on my pic hoping that I will look pastel too...haha
Is that too much pastel for today? I will never get enough of it....I am not sure what should I blog for next but hopefully will do it soon...=] Hope you enjoy =]

Vivi

Navy Blue.Gold.

Helloo...

Today I m gonna blog about a few nail designs that I did during my holidays...Having holidays is really great that when you can spend hoursss just to think of the design for your nails..and then spend another hourss to draw your nails...I always do my own nails...since..back then I was a manucurist...why should I let the other manucurist to earn my money when I am able to do it myself, right???...haha...and getting your nails done is not cheap in Melbourne.

I guess there was a time when I was soooo into gold and navy blue nail polish....I like them so much that I thought that I will never paint any colours other than navy blue and gold. And also because at the same time I like collar button shirt sooo much...*Imagine* Navy blue button collar shirt with a metal gold collar clips...

And I got myself one of those shirt...hehehe... (Ignore my face)
And *ta daaa* my matching nails design...navy blue french manicure with a golden  line at the tip... :D
Feel so gothic and punk (a lil bit evil) with those vintage rings on...I got them online*cheap cheap*
This is another design of Navy Blue and Gold Series which I like the most...Found a matching clutch  @ Colette...too bad I didn't buy it in the end because I don't really use clutch that much and I will be definitely regretting by now cause it is *PASTEL SEASON*!!!
It was kinda inspired from colour blocking fashion and I found it perfectly matches with my YSL arty ring, too!!! Perfecto!!!
A few of my favourite rings that I wear the most during that time...Trust me...Ring is sooo important!!! haha.. They gives  emphasizes and more attention to your fingers and nails...
I guess I will share more of my nail designs in next posts..so stay tuned because the next theme is the latest trend in town... =]

Vivi

Hey...I m back...

Hello everyone........

It has been awhile since I update my blog, or I should say it has been a LONG time that I havent update my blog. I think the last time when I last update my blog was last year december before I went back to my hometown, Sabah. I promised to blog about my trip to Werribee zoo but I did not. Kill me plz....

U know...Holidays came and I became soo lazy to stay in front of the computer and update my blog...haha...others will probably thought that Sabah has no internet to update my blog or we have no line cause we Sabahan live in jungle ???!!! OF COURSE NOT!!!

I was just feeling guilty and it is such a waste to face the comp when I am in KK...cause I want to cherish every second when I was with my family and friends back there. =]

Btw, Hubby boy came to Sabah to visit me during the holidays and we went to Singapore together and lastly, came back to Melbourne.

Sneak peek of my holidays :
Hubby boy and I @ Cow Farm, Kundasang
The beautiful Sinagpore, taken when I was in the Giant Ferris Wheel.
Us, at Universal Studio on Valentine's day <3
Holidays ended when the first semester started. Time passes soooo quickly that I promised myself to blog since the first semester...but now the second semester has already started....blame my busy-ness or laziness?

Just in case you miss me..so this is a recent pic of myself. =]
Btw, I am having a dip dye hair now. hehe..finally did it.
Alrighty, I guess I ll be posting my post-bday celebration and recent nail arts in the next few posts?? So stay tuned. This time is for real. Good night. xoxo.

Yours,
Vivi
