Music saves my soul

I m now depressing no more....i am now busy get to work everyday...gotta earn more savings before i go home so that i can shop happily when i go home =]

24 days to go!!! woo hoo!!! In fact, it is actually a struggling decision and period of time when there s no uni to go and at the same time u cant go home...cause, when there s no uni, all your mind will be filled with holidays and go-home mode...

I miss home!!!

Previous years, i went home straight away after my uni, during the summer holidays...but this year I decided to stay back because

#1 I wanted to earn more saving so that I can shop!!!

#2 I thought time will passes very fast like my last one -month winter holidays

#3 I was wrong cause time passes so f**king slow when u miss home....

#4 I wanted to try the hot Christmas in Melbourne which i havent experience it before...

#5 I m gonna wrong again cause I know that Christmas doesnt mean anything when there s no family with you...=[

Sigh...all i can do is listening to music non-stop, hoping that time passes faster through music...been listening to heaps of music recently...One of my favourite will definitely be 

#1 Joe Hisaishi!!!!

I just love all his musics especially from the movies such as : Howl's Moving Castle, Spirited Away and Porco Rosso....His dedication into music touches everyone s heart...so do I...I m soooo into in again recently....hehehe

All these top 3 instrumental songs have been downloaded into my phone so that i can listen to them anytime and anywhere especially during the journey to my workplace...haha

I still likes other song like RNB which is one of my favourite...and of course i got favourite singer....he is Bruno Mars...followed by Neyo and Jason Derulo...

The classic of the classic will definitely be Neyo 's Because of you....I will still listening to it even after years...

Bruno Mars is an awesome singer as he sings his songs with sincerity...that touches the audiences' heart too...like one of his great song...*Grenade*

He really shows that he can jump off the train for his lover...haha

Of course, for me having a good headphone is also another key factor that will affect the music, too. 

Beats by Dr Dre is the best of the best Headphone as some might claimed it is overprice, but for me the result of it definitely beats the price...recommended for all!! It s the best!!!

But when I m at outside, I will prefer to use earphone instead of headphone as it will spoil my hair..haha..so I always have my Heartbeat by Lady Gaga in my handbag where ever i go...It s good, too!!! Love the BASS!!!

I have both of them for more than a year and they are still functioning so well and gone through sooo much thin and thick with me...They accompany me in those sleepless nightssss i had during my uni...Hence,

Great Music + Great headphone / earphone = My pillar of strength 

Music saves my soul as it is sooo important to me in my life...I cant imagine a life that is without music...i guess it will become like a life with no rhythm!!!

RMIT Exhibition!!!

 It was the RMIT Exhibition which is held every end of semester exhibiting the works of bachelor and master students in Architecture and Landscape Architecture. This is the second time I attended and actually do really participated in this event.

The first time was during the last semester...I only attended the exhibition during my fourth sem? What?! Why didn't I attend during my first sem in bachelor? First sem is because i was too lazy to pin my works up as it wasnt that great...but in the end my tutor still helped me to pinned my stuff up there...i just went to the exhibition and was suprised that my stuff was exhibited...haha

The second sem, i flew back to m'sia right after my presentation and didnt get to pinned up anything...haha...oh well...

This piece of furnitures comes 8 sets in total which costed RMIT around AUD$1500...muahahaha (I know it looks a bit dumb)...it can be set up using the interlocking system as tables and seatings as well as serves as food serving tray...otherwise, it can be folded away in pieces with a handle at the side of every piece and can be carried and stored easily.

I m ve been eating seriously...

After the semester...I have nothing much to do seriously, the only that i can treat myself is with good foodsssssssss!!! Good foodss as in foodsss that are edible and cooked by me...hehee....

I found it is really happy and relax living in this kind of lifestyle...cooking whatever that is in your mind...guessing all  the seasoning from memories...it s like a test...a test upon yourselves... =]

Japanese Soba....not bad looking huh....taste also not bad ey...[PASSED]!!!

Prawn Dumplings...Oppss...This is not my cooking...I just bought them and what i ve did is steamed it...haha..Love it!!!

Red Pepper Jellyfish Salad...Looks alike with the previous one but taste differently...so much more spicy than the previous one....ME LIKEY SPICY FOODSS!!!

Hubby's Favourite..Hainanese Chicken Rice..dinner for tonight..I cooked it without using any  Chicken rice Paste....The rice is completely cooked with the boiled chicken drumstick soup...[PASSED]!!!

Anyways, new Pictionary has arrived and we straight away opened it and play  during our latest update night and friends gathering...we had sooo much fun and i highly recommend everyone to try and play Pictionary as it is really a fun and thoughtful game to play...you gotta love it!!!

Angry Bird face.....have been eating lately...of course sadly..i m getting fat too...dramatically....OMG...

Yay!!! Finally I m goin on a trip with a bunch of friends. We ve planned our trip since 2 weeks before our final submission as a motivation towards our Final Presentation =]

We wanted to have a trip that is far away from the city so we planned to go to Warnambool and Port Fairy !!!

Pop-Down

Today is our last class of Design Studio " Pop-up street", our project is mainly about revitalising the some chosen sites of Dandenong, Melbourne and relates the community and local values in our proposal. 

It is a very good studio as it getting us a pace closer to define architecture in a realistic and logistic way!

I was very nervous that I could not really sleep at the night before, my mind was tight and couldnt think anything else other than my presentation. Verbal presentation is always my weakest point as I will not know what i m gonna say once i m nervous. :/ Wish i could speak and present more confidently everytime.

So in conjunction with this project, i m interested in building up a framework which then setting a series of minimal infrastructure, to allows more efficient of the ground and allows more different thing to happen.

My proposal is to punch my chosen site with a grid of holes that serve the steel poles and allow different programs to be inserted at different level of grounds on the site.

It s kinda hard to explain my whole proposal here as it's a one and a half month project that gone through heaps of observation and analysis which i could not just simplified into few sentences. 

This is a video to show my interest and portrayed images after putting the visual noise from one street to another street.

Well, well, the class is over!!! Feedback was really good as the tutors feel that i ve done heaps of works than they have expected as I ve done, mapping diagram, catalogue table, photomontages, series of axonometric drawings, site model x 5, and animation too. 

Design is resolved and flexible! YAY!!! >_<

 I feel soooo relief as i have been sleeping only 3 hours each day since last friday, was very busy in production of my final presentation as well as works as i m getting more and more shift now.

It was a tired week! It was a night -mare...I hate you  "Mr. Week 13" *RMIT architecture students..u know that ={

There goes Surprise Part II

It 's another ordinary day which I had my class in the morning and evening...very tiring and sleepy!!! as usual...

Hubby boy took me out for supper as I craved for Spicy chili pepper deep fried chicken...went to Dessert House and had a walk around the city <3

After we went home, i saw hubby's bestfrens were inbox-ing me on fb...they are planning to give him a last minutes surprise party where they are coming to our house by 11.50pm...it was soooo funny...

Coincidentally, hubby wanted to go to uni and print some stuff which then i suggested they should come when hubby is away and surprise him when he is back...unfortunately, hubby went home earlier than we expected.

I buzz them up when they  are all downstair by using the excuse that Jim [ again..i know..right..] is gonna get some stuff from me from this morning class....haha...

Hubby was so happy and surprise when he saw all his best frens were here, holding cakes and pressies for him and singing birthday song for him ...awhh... =]

Happy birthday hubby!!!

Today 17.10.2011 is my beloved Hubby's birthday...i manage to give hubby a surprise right when the clock strike 12am...I went out during the day to buy his birthday gift and cake by lying to boyfie that i was gonna meet karen's mum...haha..he did believe it!!!

I ve put the cake and pressie at Jim' house where he only live on different floor in the same apartment of mine :D and came home as usual. Hubby was really busy doing his models that he cant be bothered where I ve gone to the whole evening.

It s been awhile!!!

OMG...It s been a long time since I ve updated my blog..i ve been so busy for my uni assignment as it is almost the end of semester...need to work hard for final worksssssssss....

However, i did manage to go out last Tuesday night after class...had a walk with Joyce' s little baby...C-O-F-F-E-E at South bank !!!! *weee~~* It was a  great night which I don't need to think about works and just watching this cutie lying on my lap..how sweet was that...can't wait to see her again next time...<3

I ve been very very very super duper busy that i only slept for like less than 3 hours per day....body is getting tired and tired with heavy dark circles...Sometimes, when i have a little bit more time to sleep...damn Insomnia come and disturb me....i am so stress and tired...totally F.A.T.I.G.U.E!!!...the only thing that keeps me move on is the passion that i have for my beloved "archi-torture" <3
